Crypto casino and sportsbook operator BetHog has raised $10m in a Series A funding round as it prepares to expand its AI-powered live dealer product.

The round was co-led by Will Ventures and RockawayX. PCV, 6MV, Bullpen Capital and Advancit Capital also took part. The latest investment brings BetHog’s total funding to $16m.

Founded in 2024, BetHog has built its platform around crypto gambling, casino games and sports betting. With the new funding, the company plans to grow its in-house AI dealer technology and launch Sentient Studios, a new B2B product for online casino operators.

Sentient Studios is designed to help operators offer AI-driven live dealer games without depending on traditional studio setups, large dealer teams or fixed production schedules.

BetHog says the platform can help casinos scale tables faster, localise games in different languages and adjust gameplay in real time.

BetHog CEO and co-founder Nigel Eccles said the company has tested its basic AI dealer over the past six months. According to him, the AI version was 10 times more popular than the live dealer equivalent and also showed stronger player retention and satisfaction.

The company says operators will also be able to create branded dealer personas, custom environments and more personalised player experiences.

Sentient Studios will run on a revenue share model, with no setup fees, monthly minimums or long-term contracts.

The launch follows BetHog’s AI blackjack dealer Sunny, which was introduced in October 2025. The product is now available in 12 languages, while baccarat and roulette are planned for later this year.
