BMM Testlabs Expands Into New Zealand’s Regulated iGaming Sector
BMM Testlabs has received approval to provide online gaming testing and certification services in New Zealand. The company will support the country’s new regulated online casino market as it prepares to launch.
BMM already provides testing and certification services for New Zealand’s land-based gaming industry. The latest approval allows the company to extend its operations into the online sector.
Kirk White, BMM Testlabs’ President of Land-Based Gaming and Inspections, commented:
BMM has a long history of supporting New Zealand’s land-based gaming industry, and we’re excited to build upon those relationships as the country moves toward regulated online casino gaming.
The company’s testing capabilities have also expanded following its recent acquisition of eCOGRA. The deal brings together two organizations with experience in gaming testing and certification.
Meanwhile, New Zealand’s Department of Internal Affairs has selected 11 entities to move forward in the online gaming licensing process. The country expects to begin issuing online casino licences in early 2027.
